About Us
Our History
The Ghana Scouts was officially formed in 1920, making it one of the oldest and most respected youth organizations in the country. The movement began under the leadership of early pioneers who introduced the Scout movement in Ghana, then known as the Gold Coast. Over the years, the Ghana Scouts has grown into a major institution focused on the holistic development of young people, aligning with global Scouting principles while addressing local needs.
